Notice to Vacate
If you are a HKY Real Estate tenant and you are wanting to end your lease, please either fill in the Notice to Vacate form below and send it via email to rentals@hky.com.au or please simply notify our team via email that you would like to end your lease.
Emergency or Maintenance
If you are a HKY Real Estate tenant and require emergency maintenance view our useful guide. Should you require maintenance on you property, please send all requests to rentals@hky.com.au.
